This workshop is dedicated to IMAGINE IF! applicants. It’s never too early to start consciously looking at HOW you work with each other. Culture starts with you. The way you work with each other defines and shapes company culture. The earlier you are aware of how you work and how you want to work, the easier it will be to continuously design company culture along the journey in your entrepreneurial life.

In this workshop, we will share input and perspectives, inspire you and do small exercises on your current culture challenges to take you one step closer to actively design your company/team culture.
