IMAGINE IF! is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate a scientific idea towards a commercial reality and unlike other competitions, it is the first truly global competition for healthcare science ventures.

After graduating at the Milan Polytechnic in 1998, I worked for Alcatel in the department of radio links.
In 2000, I joined EPFL in Lausanne, where I participated in a new project on wireless systems for digital news gathering. During the same year, I co-founded Livetools Technology a company developing compact and portable digital systems for TV production of sports events like Olympics games or the Tour de France. In parallel, I was working on my doctoral thesis in the field of signal processing, I got in 2004.
In 2006, I joined Abilis Systems (a Kudelski group company now ALI Tech Corporation) as Algorithms Team Leader. My group was responsible for developing products for digital video broadcasting (DVB) and the management of external collaborations with research institutes and development centers.
With Abilis, in 2009 I moved to the sales and marketing group as technical manager. My mission was to define new products for the distribution of protected content, evaluate new technologies, develop the business and manage the support activities around the world.
I joined TTO team in March 2013 as Technology Transfer Manager.
